That kid that John had on who is the site administrator for schoolscandals.com, was the most obnoxious little jerk I've ever heard, no conscience, no regret, I can just see him sitting there with a smirk on his face. John, to his credit, tried to point out what a vile creature he, and his supportive lawyer dad are, but they just kept repeating the same crap about the right to speak. Its a site for taunting and ridiculing teenage kids. Guess the old fashioned bullies have been replaced by the cyber-gangs. I haven't heard John that angry with a guest in a long, long, time, he sounded genuinely appalled, as was I. They don't care how many kids have been hurt by the vicious rumors, or have had to move to another school, just total absolute jerks.

I was so angry. I hope somebody floods the site with spam, or delivers a virus. How's Kevin Mitnick? Oh, ok, I don't want him getting in computer trouble. I've never wished this type of thing on anybody, but these people disgust me.

Yes...I heard that whole hour. That little smart-ass kid...giving a rude "he he he" to John, each time it was pointed out how hurtful, cruel and just mean it all was.

I liked it at the end, when John said to the scum father, "I know how proud you must be, raising a son like that."

Did J&K mention the little jerk's lawyer daddy's name? I wish I could remember it, somebody should post his name and phone number, there's not much use in telling the flat liner brats what you think of them, but I'd love to see daddy's phones lit up at work.

Thanks for posting this, I listened to that show yesterday, I was mad as hell at the end of that. Sounded like the kid was too stupid to figure out John was pointing out what an idiot he and his dad are.

I'm going to send a letter, I'm afraid of what I might say if I talk to him.

I was really hoping John and Ken wouldn't drop this story. There is really something odd here, for one thing, where's this little smartass' mother? All we've heard about is the creepy Dad who apparently intends to profit from the crap posted on this disgusting site. I want to do something, it's not often that I'm this motivated, I mean, I cared about the child molesting priests, the Trevor gang, the OC molester judge, and so on, but this story really has touched a raw nerve. What kind of father encourages his teenage son to operate a site that allows and encourages taunting and bullying kids as young as 11 years old. Then there's the whole thing about somebody threatening to kill a teacher, and proudly displaying the threat on his site, I am absolutely appalled. All the crap teachers have to put up with, now add video taped threats on their lives. This guy sounds like he raised a rude, disrespectful, bully, well, somebody in his own image I guess.

They have to get the good parents, parents who are angry about the abuse their kids have been subjected to on this site, and have them carry signs outside this guy's law firm. They can also write to the would be sponsers. Start their own posts. God, I am so mad

By the way Anne, thanks for the info on the creepy lawyer, I sent him some cheery mail, an actual handwritten letter, with a return address, that's ok, I really hope he writes back. Wait til I tell the rest of the teachers I work with about the videoed threat, I'll be sure to post his phone# and e-mail on the staff bulletin board.

Hi Ken,

I know you addressed Don, but I happen to be here and did hear the last hour. Apparently creepy lawyer Dad called and left a recorded message saying that he had agreed to speak on The John and Ken Show only under the condition that his last name not be revealed, and that they clearly violated this by giving out their last name, and that they should have somebody from their legal dept. contact him. I missed a reference here, I don't remember it, but something on this taped message really made John laugh, maybe Don or Anne will remember.

This was a good hour, sorry you missed it, they may replay some of it. At one point the schoolscandals site went down with a message saying the site was temporarily unavailable while they did some routine work. John said they may have been removing certain content that was definately going to cause legal problems, I believe the part where somebody bragged about the taped threat to a teacher.

I tried to access the site to see if anything else was done there, but I work at a school and it's been filtered out by the district(thankfully!) that's a pretty heavy filter, I have pretty good clearance(certainly better than the kids) and 2 passwords, but still it denied access, that's only happened to me once before(the other was Hotmail) Something has to be done legally to stop this guy though, most kids will use home computers anyway.

As for the reference to "femboy" it was a Dad of one of the kids named on this site, who contacted the kid administrator, and asked him to remove the post about his kid, when he refused, he posted a message stating that he was "Skylar's gay lover" he said the post about his kid was immediately removed. No Tennan(it was the teen son) did not call back, he left a message with the producer saying "thanks for the huge number of hits to the site"

No wonder she's so quiet, the district hates publicity of this sort, all they have to do is read some of the racist and sexist posts, they'll be "encouraging" her to use some "influence" on her husband and son.

Oh yeah, and you know, this is one of those stories where you can just hear it in JK's voice, he's really moved by this story, he's not going to let it die.

I'll tell you the fact that Mom Tennan works for L.A.U.S.D. is a big factor, they will undoubtedly not be pleased. They are so P.C. and very anxious to avoid negative publicity, now that John and Ken have posted her L.A.U.S.D. e-mail and phone #, it's bound to catch the attn of the district superintendent, when they hear that this upper, middle class white family is running a site that allows racial slurs(of particular interest to them, since they have a high minority enrollment) along with the sexist slurs and vicious rumors, they're going to have a meltdown, after all, while her son Skylar, attends private school and edits out his own family name, the majority of the children who are victims of this site, are public school students, many, if not most, in L.A.U.S.D. If my child were slandered on that site, I'd write directly to the Superintendent of District C, along with board members and Roy Romer. I know they'd *encourage* her to persuade her husband and son to discontinue the site, and distance herself from the situation.

If they thought they could "handle" a talk show interview, they not only picked the wrong show, wrong hosts, but didn't do their homework.

Looks like they agreed with you, looks like they decided the J&K "mob" wasn't worth it, time to cut their losses.

You know, I went to pick up a few things at the store after work, John and Ken were discussing the site, the last thing I heard upon arriving, was John asking Ray Lopez if he had tried to contact Roy Romer, Ray responded that he was trying to get ahold of him. When I got back to my vehicle and turned the show back on, I was so surprised, it was all over, they were reading that silly tirade from Skylar Tennan about the mob winning. Hee hee, they may not have gotten through to Romer, but something tells me he got the message.

I am so glad, I don't think it can be overstated, the kind of damage this site had already done to numerous kids, and undoubtedly would have continued to do, were it not for John and Ken. I really think their successful efforts to rid of that horrible site is their single greatest accomplishment. John is right, because of this, there are alot of kids who will finally have some peace in their life. They should be very proud.

I am a big advocate of free speech, this site had nothing to do with free speech, it was a vehicle to spread vicious rumors and taunt kids, absolutely nothing good about it.
